Recreational Use Notice:

Access to the land and/or water areas provided on this property is offered without charge for recreational and conservation purposes.
In accordance with the Illinois Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act (745 ILCS 65), the landowner assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by individuals who enter or use the land for such purposes.
By entering or using this property, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Payment Policy:

LODGING: 20% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 3 day(s) before arrival.
EVENTS: 20% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 1 month prior to event.

Cancellation Policy:

LODGING: 100% of prepayments made are refundable when cancellation is made 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of prepayments made are refundable when cancellation is made 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
EVENTS: All monies paid are non-refundable, unless cancelled by San Damiano Retreat Center.
